ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT ONLINE SCHOOL- BASED PRE- READING ASSESSMENT IN FILIPINO SY: 2021-2022
Elementary School conducted an online school-based Pre-Reading Assessment in Filipino last September 27- October 1, 2021 to know the struggling readers. The teachers were used reading materials that fits for the grade level of the learners. After the learners read the stories, the teachers asked questions to the learners. Those learners failed to answers the questions and also, he/she is slow in reading, they are the learners who need most of help by the teachers and parents. The teachers were finding a way to help the learners’ need with the help of their parents to continue learning to read at home.
Attached here is the results of the assessment in each grade level and section how many numbers of learners who were slow, average, and fast read ers. There is also a graph presented the percentage of each grade level on how many percent of the learners were slow, average and fast readers. And also, the overall percentage of the learners of Heroesville Elementary School who are slow, average and fast readers.
